Phrases I hate

Haven't posted for a while...yadda yadda yadda...yay, whee, blah! anyway. This post is basically off of what I ranted to my friend the other day...it's stupid, yes, but I dunno...do you people think the same way I do? or...not. anway-

Stupid phrase #1.

The phrase "Nvm you don't understand" or "nvm you wouldn't understand" I mean....seriously....if you're gonna bother saying something like that..why bring up the topic in the first place? It makes no sense whatsoever...at all...nada. Plus...when people say this...do you feel left out? like seriously, I mean, I don't know if that's the entire point of saying this, but it kinda makes you feel bad! If you're one of those people who says this all the time, do you get a kick out of it or something? cuz if you do...I suggest some serious therapy O_o

Stupid phrase #2.

The phrase "you have NO idea"...this phrase makes me go "..." because honestly, most of the time, when people say this...you really do have the idea! You really do get it! but for some reason, they have this image of them being smarter, so therefore you don't get it! o_o whattheheck right? I mean...I guess it makes sense if you really don't get it, but most of the time...that's the wrong assumption. People who say this somwhow twist their words so that you don't get it eventually..in the end anyway. like they deliberately change their idea so you don't get it! Maybe I'm wrong but...whatever.

Stupid phrase #3.

the phrase "don't worry about it" ok. well. it's not really a stupid phrase per se but... I really don't see the point. saying that phrase is just just like telling a small curious child to "not look into the box" or whatever (bad anolgy...I know), but anyway is it just me being stupid, or when people say "don't worry about it", doesn't that make you...wory about it?! I feel like whoever says that is explicitly avoiding that topic to make you curious...I know sometimes that's not the case, but it does make you curious...doesn't it? Or am I just weird...

Stupid phrase #4.

when people ask you "why weren't you there?" I mean, I feel like shouting "YOU KNOW WHY I WASN'T THERE. STOP RUBBING IT IN" because the reason usually is, 1. you weren't invited, or 2. you had better, more important things to do that day at the time. If the case is #1, then I just think the people are being jerk-ish because usually...after they ask, they describe, in minute detail EXACTLY what happened, what they did, and how much fun it was! =D at those times...I usually stop talking to them (is that mean of me?) because that really bugs me, and I mean REALLY bothers me.

Stupid phrase #5.

Ok, this one, again, isn't really stupid...it's just pointless "GUESS WHAT?" mean, seriously! DO PEOPLE EVER REALLY GUESS? Because usually...when people say "GUESS WHAT" it's something you'd never guess...you'd spend days trying to figure out exactly what it is they're trying to tell you. So no one ever guesses anyway. I see no point in saying "GUESS WHAT?!?!??!" at all >_>

Last thing, this isn't a phrase, actually it's a lack of a phrase. I hat it when people don't say bye after chatting or talking to you. I guess it could just be me being the selfish pig I am, but it bothers me! because usually saying bye signifies that the conversation meant something, however small that meaning was, so if people don't say "bye" I feel like...what, did you think this 5 minutes of talking was worth nothing? really? I just wasted 5 minutes of my life for nothing? I COULD'VE BEEN PLAYING POKEMON!!!! =D (...not really) but I could've been doing something more worthwhile! Anyway again, this is probably just me being selfish and whatnot, but I just had to say that (since you'd never actually say that in real life >_> ...I hope)

Well...enough is enough I think I've gotten rid of most of my pent-up energy...for now. If you've read this and just think all of what I've said is stupid...good for you, at least I've wasted a minute or two of your life :) and that makes it worthwhile for me...jk. You KNOW I'm jk right? but really, if you think this is all stupid, good for you! you don't complain about stuff half as much as I do, and that's a good thing!

Errrrr

Ok...erm, I haven't written in a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time...I know, so sad. Anyway. 8th grade has come...and gone. No more projects, reports, test, quizzes, hw...and sadly, no friends to see every day. -Sigh- ok. Summer's finally here, and yet...I'm bored. Very bored. Extremely bored. BEYOND SANELY BORED. The first day out of school, what do I do? I mope around and wish I could see people...-sigh-. Well, I've got some stuff planned for the summer, but as usual, nothing fun. Teh rents decided not to vacation this year and decided instead, that both my brother and I are going to spend most of out summer in summer school instead! Yay! Whee! Blah. This. Stinks. Well, I suppose not entirely, because it'll help for next year, and yadda yadda yadda. But...a chapter every day? Tests every day too? This is wayyyyyy too much work for me...since I have the attention span of about...a rabbit--carrots anyone? No thanks, I'm allergic...anyway.
Hmm, well, last year my brother went to the same school place, and he said it didn't help whatsoever...I'm hoping my course'll be different. Although, undoubtedly, it will be utterly boring...for me anyway. I really wish I could be doing something different for summer....Yellowstone? California? Europe? What happened to all of the things we were planning during the year? What happened to all of those goodies?!?! Well...teh rents happened. Apparently...I have to focus more on my studies...seeing as I kind of...really failed the math final.
But enough about school-ish things. Hmm. I have nothing.

Ahm...ahm...how about that new Nintendo DS? The DS-i!!!!! It stinks...in my opinion. I've used it a coupla times...and it doesn't seem to be that much better...other than the camera, which is pretty cool. A lot of stuff doesn't even work on it!! Teh best is still the Ds light. The original is a little chunky...but...whatever.
Ok. Seriously, I have nothing better to talk about than this old news. But erm...it's better than nothing? not really.

OH WAIT. I remembered something! It's not big but...WE GRADUATED MIDDLE SCHOOL. Big whoop. Yay! Whee! Blah. Graduation was really boring, because we have...what...450 students to go through? It took FOREVER. But the after part was fun. I went with a bunch of friends to Shogun!! Mmmmmm Hibachi :) Well...that's old news too, considering that it happened...2 whole days ago? Whoa...

Ok. Anyway, this has been a long enough entry...I think.

Well, CHRISTMAS PASSED!!!!!!! I love Christmas, don't know why, but it's awesome. Prezzies, food, friends, what more could you want?
I got.........humm...hat, gloves, $1oo and......stuffz... MY BROTHER GOT AN IPOD TOUCH. NOT FAIR. NOT FAIR AT ALLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anywho, I'm gonna go to a newyear's party this year. Anyone goin' anywhere? Where did you guys go for break? HAVIN FUN? I GET TO STAY HOME SICK. NO FUN.

I think that's it, wait, no, I also managed to watch up to episode 200 in Bleach, which makes me very happy because now I'm all caught-up. I was gonna get a Bleach poster with Byakyua and Renji on it today at MG but........I.........kinda ran out of money when I bought some stuff to make my dad a scarf. Sigh.

Sad news

Spore

OM MY GOODNESS... SPORE!!!!! Well, actually it came out last Sunday, but I only got to play it today because my brother bought it. I couldn't get it because I don't have any credits left. My family has this weird system of credits that we get for each marking periods of straight A's. So, I got to play, and I actually named my planet Arkana too, it's very fantasy-ish. Anyways, it's much more fun than I thought it would be. for those of you who don't know what Spore is, it's a pc game where you create your own creatures and eventually take over the world.... You literally push and pull at a blob of clay like material until you get it the shape you want, then you add features, like eyes, legs, anything you want. My creature is a herbivore, which allows me to make ally's easier, but carnivores tend to just conquer or destroy evrthing because they have to eat other creatures... so far I'm only on the creature stage, but progressing... and again I wil say... Sigh

Lets see, life, is erm let's say rather disappointing? Too many people are running for the few places we have in the school, President, Vice, Treasurer, and Secretary. Bunch of people are running and everyone's getting all worked up about it and it seems like it's gonna be a huge competition. I don't even know who to vote for for the other positions. Like, a couple of my friends are running for each place, except for President... I guess no one wants to do teh work. Plus a few friends are running against me... :(.
School... is another subject entirely. We have had a lot of work to do for the first entire week, but there were some good parts. We're watching To Kill a Mockingbird. We're at like where Atticus Finch is trying to get the jury to say not guilty. Anyone know what happens next? Let me know, because I can't wait until Monday to finish the darn thing and I'm too lazy to get the movie myself. We have a lot of homework :(. Like in LA we have to right a letter to ourselves, and the reconrd was like 27 pages or so... HOW DOES ANYONE WRITE A 27 PAGE LETTER TO THEMSELVES????????? Tell me, tell me NOW.

Band is good, and stuff

Why do I have band last period? It's so annoying. My locker is in a complete other direction so it takes me like 5 minutes to walk (well not literally). Sigh. Well at least it's Thursday, only one more day to go until teh weekend which I'm assuming everyone is looking forward to. Plus our new band music is like some Russian stuff and our teacher was like, "It has to feel Russian, big and in your face". Which I find strange, and kinda not-right for a teacher to say.
Anyway, you might be wondering where the name Arkana came from, and... well, I used to be very big on RPG's, which are role playing games, and I think a user i had seen had the name Arkana... which I just thought automatically was a very cool name for some reason or another.
